Brown-Forman Corp., Louisville, Ky., and Pabst Brewing Co. announced a mutual agreement to conclude their partnership related to flavored malt beverages (FMBs) within the United States.
Tilray Brands Inc., New York, and London, completed the acquisition of certain highly strategic assets of BrewDog’s global platform, including the global brand and related intellectual property, the U.K. brewing operations and 11 strategic brewpubs in the United Kingdom and Ireland, for a total consideration of £33 million.
