IRI beverage alcohol research reveals consumers will keep the party at home

New research from Chicago-based IRI, which recently merged with The NPD Group, reveals elevated at-home beverage alcohol consumption is here to stay. Despite high inflation concerns, retail price increases for beverage alcohol remain more moderate than other CPG categories. IRI’s 2022 Midyear Alcohol Update highlights that many consumers are opting to celebrate and socialize at home.

Stewart’s Spiked Soda

Stewart’s craft sodas announced the expansion of its Spiked Seltzers lineup with the launch of Stewart’s Spiked Soda. Reminiscent of the original Stewart’s Soda flavors, these spiked sodas remain true to the brands legacy, available in Key Lime, Black Cherry, Orange Cream and Root Beer expressions, the company says.

Rancho La Gloria Ranch Water

Rancho La Gloria, a brand of MPL Brands, announced the addition of Ranch Water to its lineup of agave-based ready-to-drink alcohol beverages. Formerly launched under the Texas Ranch Water Co. label, the agave-brewed seltzer has officially transitioned to the Rancho La Gloria portfolio, it says.
